Heart Evangelista Denies Feud with Pia Wurtzbach: 'I Never Had a Problem with Her
Heart Evangelista is putting rumors to rest about her alleged feud with Miss Universe 2015, Pia Wurtzbach. The buzz surrounding the supposed tension between the two iconic women has captivated fans and fueled media headlines, but Evangelista has now set the record straight. In a candid press conference for her highly anticipated reality show Heart World, the actress and fashion icon opened up about the rumors, expressing surprise that they had been pitted against each other at all.
“It’s once and for all. Woman to woman, I never had a problem with Pia [Wurtzbach]. I was one of those who cheered for her in the past. And I’d like to think that it was the same for her. She was so sweet enough to post the hashtag ‘Heart made do it.’ And at the time, I was so touched,” she said.
In her statement, Evangelista made it clear that there has never been any bad blood between her and Wurtzbach, debunking the supposed rivalry that had captured public attention. With poise and sincerity, she emphasized that from "woman to woman," she has nothing but respect for Pia. The two may have been at the center of a media storm, but Evangelista’s words suggest that there was never any truth to the speculation in the first place.
Because of the people Wurtzbach chose to surround herself with, particularly her former glam team, Evangelista contends that her circumstances are problematic.
“If I have a message for Pia, congratulations. You have what you needed. I wish you nothing but the best. And good luck. Sana hindi mangyari sa’yo ‘yung nangyari sa’kin,” she continued.
Evangelista intends to highlight her prior experiences and the significance of being wary of emotional terrorists by including her old colleagues in her next reality program, "Heart World." She estimates that she has been in the field for over 27 years and has seen a lot.
According to fashion influencer Evangelista, emotional terrorists have the ability to ruin your life, therefore you should be careful who you trust and give your heart to. She acknowledged that she regrets endangering her loved ones and made a suggestion about a "crime" she may have committed, but she made it clear that she still chooses who she allows into her life. She suggests being wary of people, both as individuals and as artists, and being wary of those who might be overly forthcoming.
Neither Wurtzbach nor her current glam team have yet to address the statement, as of press time.
