Lady Whistledown Takes Center Stage: Bridgerton Season 3 Part 1 Premieres Today on Netflix
As we begin our binge-watching of the Bridgerton, are you prepared to drink from your hot tea? I know I am. Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton—a.k.a. #Polin—will make their television debut in Bridgerton Season 3 on May 16. Given that they would be the focus of attention, the teaser suggests more than simply a friendship between the two protagonists. Video snippets, images, and episode titles are all included for the season.
Part 1 of Bridgerton Season 3 will air on May 16 which is today and Part 2 will follow one month later on June 13. The season will consist of two batches of four episodes each. Part 1's opening five minutes are available for viewing right now.
“We wanted to come back with energy,” showrunner Jess Brownell tells Tudum. “We wanted to set the tone in a way that felt familiar.”
The cast of Bridgerton's third season will include the following: Jessie, Luke Thompson (Benedict Bridgerton), Golda Rosheuvel (Queen Charlotte), Adjoa Andoh (Lady Danbury), Ruth Gemmell (Violet Bridgerton), Lorraine Ashbourne (Mrs. Varley), Hannah Dodd (Francesca Bridgerton), Simone Ashley (Kate Sharma), Jonathan Bailey (Anthony Bridgerton), Harriet Cains (Philipa Featherington), Bessie Carter (Prudence Featherington), Jessica Madsen (Cressida Cowper), Florence Hunt (Hyacinth Bridgerton), Martins Imhangbe (Will Mondrich), Will Tilston (Gregory Bridgerton), Polly Walker (Portia Featherington), and Julie Andrews (Lady Whistledown). Three new actors are also featured in the show: Sam Phillips as Lord Debling, a new suitor for Penelope, Daniel Francis, the husband of Stay Close, as Marcus Anderson, and James Phoon as Harry Dankworth.
