Francis M's alleged love child is set to enter the entertainment industry soon.
Abegail Rait, a former flight attendant who alleged a romantic involvement with the late Francis Magalona, has revealed that her presumed daughter with him, 15-year-old Gaile Francesca, is ready to venture into the entertainment industry and follow in the footsteps of the Master Rapper.
Rait made these disclosures regarding her asserted connection with Francis and their child during an episode of the YouTube series "Pinoy Pawnstars" on Tuesday, October 17. In the vlog, Rait and Francesca paid a visit to "Boss Toyo's" shop, owned by the host of the series who collects memorabilia from local artists. They intended to sell Francis' jersey, a letter he had written to Rait, and a photograph of them together.
Rait recounted her history with Francis, which began with the late rapper obtaining her contact information after spotting her in the "Eat Bulaga" audience. It continued with her carrying their child while he was on tour and eventually giving birth to Francesca. According to Rait, Francis supposedly named their child after her (Gaile from Abegail) and himself (Francesca from Francis).
Rait pointed out the physical resemblance between her daughter and Francis' children with his wife Pia Magalona, stating, "She bears a striking resemblance to them."
Rait became emotional when reminiscing about the time when Francis was diagnosed with leukemia, explaining how her world fell apart as they had many plans.
"The most challenging part was my situation – the fact that I couldn't make our relationship public," she continued. "For 15 years, I kept my story and my daughter hidden."
Rait acknowledged that she expects criticism from others regarding her revelation but emphasized that she did it for her daughter. She also highlighted the strong resemblance between Francesca and the Master Rapper and how Francesca possesses talents in singing, rapping, and dancing, much like Francis.
"We are real. Our relationship was genuine," Rait added, while Francesca shared photos of Francis with her and her mother.
When asked by Boss Toyo if she intends to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, Francesca responded, "She will soon, particularly in the music industry."
Francis Magalona, renowned for his patriotic songs like "Mga Kababayan," "Kaleidoscope World," "Nilamon ng Sistema," and "Higante," passed away in March 2009 after being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in 2008. As of the time of this writing, his wife Pia and their children have not commented on the matter.
