JK Labajo's 'Ere' is the first Filipino song to appear on Spotify's global chart.

The ERE song of JK has been on social media lately, we can all relate to it.  We can all relate on that particular line that sums up our whole life.

The single "ERE" by Juan Karlos Labajo from his current album "Sad Songs and Bulls**t Part 1" has become the first Filipino song to debut on Spotify's global ranking.

According to the music website List Data, "ERE" debuted at No. 177 on the global Spotify list with 1.22 million streams, marking the first time a Filipino song has entered on the chart. The local Chart Data managers also stated that "ERE" is the first Filipino to receive over a million streams in consecutive days, and has risen to No. 87 on the global chart after another 230,000 streams.

Labajo has yet to directly remark on his song's new accomplishments, however he did repost posts from his Instagram Stories Chart Data confirming "ERE's" recent milestones. Andrea Brillantes, the singer's co-star on the sitcom "Senior High," also published Chart Data's article on X (previously Twitter), using a startled emoji to express her gratitude.

"ERE" was released on Spotify on August 4, roughly 50 days before "Sad Songs and Bulls**t Part 1". The nine-song CD includes songs like "may halaga pa ba ako sayo?" and "Manhid." A live performance of "ERE" has 3.25 million views on Labajo's YouTube. The album is divided into two parts: love songs and melancholy songs, with the second portion planned to be released next year.
