The 'Mountains of Manila' are mentioned in the film 'Wonka

One of Wonka's special inventions, the Hair Repair Éclair, was said to contain an ingredient sourced from the Philippine capital.

“Lost your hair? Can’t think quite where? Feeling fairly bare up there? Don’t despair! Wonka’s prepared! Behold his hair repair eclair. Made from ground vanilla, from the mountains of Manila, it includes a single drop of yeti sweat which will prompt full, thick growth. Although Manila does not have any known mountains, it is surrounded by mountains from adjacent provinces, including Mount Daraitan in Rizal, Batulao in Batangas, and Manalmon in Bulacan.

Manila also rhymes with "vanilla," which is likely why it was chosen for the lyrics.
