Patrick Garcia admits that he once courted Anne Curtis.

Former teenage idol Patrick Garcia revealed that he courted actress-host Anne Curtis in his youth; he also claimed that Anne was the first female to turn him down romantically.

A Journey, which also stars Kaye Abad, is the movie that Patrick Garcia and Paolo Contis promoted on the Wednesday Fast Talk with Boy Abunda show.

The two performers talked about the film and their major takeaways: "Mae-enjoy niyo 'yung pelikula. I don't want to preempt people na maiiyak sila or hindi sila maiiyak, pero for sure sulit 'yung dalawang oras niyo."

"Matututunan niyong huwag i-take or granted 'yung mga mahal niyo sa buhay."

Patrick also revealed he once courted Anne Curtis. "Ang tagal na nito, mga siguro 1999 pa ito. Ngayon ko lang sinabi, sorry guys."

"A continuous adventure to self-discovery. Hindi ko pa nadi-discover 'yung sarili ko, e."

Garcia refuted reports that he was dating a fan or that he had previously been wooed by ladies. Additionally, he disclosed that the most absurd gossip he had heard about him was that he was gay. Garcia acknowledged that he had never been conscious of his image as a heartthrob and that he only discovered he had admirers who went crazy for him when he performed in malls.

“Wala kang privacy masyado, during those times. But after a while, nasasanay ka. Kailangan matibay rin loob mo,” he said.

Just to be clear they are both happy being married.
