Chiz Escudero presents Heart Evangelista with a new ring featuring a massive diamond as a birthday gift.

Heart Evangelista, the Kapuso actress, celebrated her 39th birthday in Balesin Island with her spouse Chiz Escudero, family, and friends. At midnight, they shared Instagram stories and locked lips.

Heart unboxed a new ring from Chiz in a different video. The centerpiece of the ring is a massive white diamond.

Heart also reposted birthday wishes from her friends, such as actress Solenn Heusaff, on her Instagram stories.

"My fave vid, Hahaha. @iamhearte happy happy birthday!!!! Enjoy this day poks," said Solenn.

Heart recently disclosed that today she and Chiz are going to renew their vows.

"As a married couple, I think having this moment is really meaningful for us," she said.

She claims that the vow renewal is just what she needs with everything that is going on in her life at the moment.

“This is the perfect time,” she prodded.

The “small but very special gathering” would be attended by the couple’s family and friends.

“It’s going to be very special for me because I thought I knew what love was. But now I know what love should be. And so I feel like I’m getting married actually for the first time again,” Heart giggled.
