Bored & Hungry's Pinoy OG Burger is a delectable smashed burger that mixes Filipino tastes.

We Filipinos love logganisa with sinangag and egg but what will it taste if it is in between buns? The very soft potato bread used in the Pinoy OG burger was likely baked on the same griddle as the crushed Vigan longganisa patties. You might wonder why Vigan longganisa.

The chori burger, also known as sweet-style hamonado longganisa, is a popular Boracay staple delicacy. It contrasts with a garlicky local sausage in a bun, providing a refreshing change from the familiar sweet longganisa flavor.

The burger pays homage to one of our favorite meals of the day, breakfast, in addition to being a delectable variation from what you're used to. Fast food restaurants that also provide almusal commonly serve fried sunny-side-up eggs with their burgers.

The great thing about this  burger from Bored and Hungry features banana ketchup aioli, pickled papaya relish, and atsara, which is sweet that will let you feel the agahan vibes. A pandesal or fried garlic rice dish is offered with the longsilog burger. With twice-cooked potatoes on the side, the substantial burger is tasty despite being smashed.

Of Course this is not the typical burger you will imagine because it is  lacking the freshness that you would anticipate from a tomato slice, lettuce leaves, and the bite of an onion. I know you might think it is weird but I am pretty sure this will be your next craving
