UK's Famous Burger & Lobster to Open First Philippine Branch

A new restaurant is coming here to the Philippines that will fill our tummies with burgers and lobsters, a famous London restaurant, which has announced the inauguration of its first Manila location inside SM Aura Premier in BGC. This is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2024.

Customers at the new SM Aura site can look forward to a cuisine reflecting the best of Burger & Lobster offerings from over a decade. There's the Classic Burger, which includes an 8-ounce patty, lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, and burger sauce. They also provide Lobster rolls, which are made with chilled, wild-caught Canadian lobster, lemon mayonnaise, and chives filled between toasted brioche rolls and served with fries, lemon, and garlic butter. There's also the decadent Whole Lobster, which is served in various proportions ranging from 1.5 to 2 pounds.

The restaurant is slated to open in the second quarter with fresh oysters and burger-lobster combos at comparable costs to other menus, with only a few weeks until the formal opening.
