First DalMoros Pasta Chain Location Opens in the Philippines

The first location of the Italian restaurant chain DalMoros, which serves a range of pasta dishes and sauces, is set to open in the Philippines. In contrast to classic pasta dishes, which are assessed according to how well they bite or chew, DalMoros lets patrons mix and match ingredients to create their own unique meals.

The DalMoros board-up was located at Makati City's One Ayala Mall, next to Cinnabon and near Mister Donut, Ya Kun Kaya Toast, and Cooper's Haus. There's no set opening date or month as of this writing. All that's left is the board-up's "coming soon" announcement that it will arrive in Manila.

Six varieties of fresh pasta are available at DalMoros: rigatoni, fusilli, gnocchi, spaghetti, fettuccine, and linguine. Amatriciana, Frutti di Mare, and Nero di Seppia are just a few of the sauce selections. You can customize it to your liking. If you love Rigatoni pasta and want white sauce, you can do so because they have a selection of sauces you can choose from.

Aglio, Olio & Peperoncino, Pomodoro, Napoletana, and Halal-friendly Bolognese and Chicken Alfredo are among the vegan sauce options available on the DalMoros menu. Vegetarian sauce options include Pesto, Mamma Rosa, Cacio e Pepe, Alla Norma, and Al Formaggi.

It is important to note that although the DalMoros menu only offers pasta and sauce selections, there is no guarantee that they will be available when the One Ayala branch opens.
