Musashi-Ya's Well-Known Iekei-Style Pork Bone Ramen Is Now Available in Manila Thanks to Ramen Nagi

Ramen Nagi presents Series 5, a delicious partnership with the well-known Musashi-Ya from Japan, as part of its ongoing celebration of its ten years in the Philippines.

With its founding in Kichijoji, Japan, and its expansion to 11 locations, including four in Tokyo and one in Shanghai, China, Musashi-ya is run by Chef Shigea Fujisaki. A major force in the Japanese ramen market, Musashi-ya is celebrating 25 years of operation. It prides itself on using only the best ingredients and providing its devoted customer base with enjoyable, healthy experiences.

The Iekei-Style Pork Bone Ramen that Chef Fujisaki serves in just 150 bowls a day will be served at Ramen Nagi Greenbelt 3 starting on January 18 and 19. Following the takeover, from January 22 to February 28, this unique ramen will be served at every Ramen Nagi location across the country.

The unique flavor of Musashi-ya's version is derived from the use of pure pig bones and meat. For a genuinely gourmet experience, try this pork bone ramen with thickly sliced chashu pork, aromatic pork broth, floating chicken bits, spinach, and nori.

Serve a dish of hot rice alongside the ramen for the whole experience. Here is what you need to expect.

With a special Wagyu ramen, Ramen Nagi celebrates ten years.

In the first series, Chef Masa-san's Ramen No. 11 was served. It had homemade noodles, cabbage, bean sprouts, quail eggs, garlic, and the signature Naruto topping. With crickets as a main component, Series 2 debuted the inventive "Cricket Ramen".

Leading the way in Series 3, INOSHO under Chef Nakamura-san served hearty broths and two Limited King bowls: Tsukemen and Spicy Hot Fish Ramen. In Season 4, the Wagyu King, made from fresh Wagyu from Miyagi Prefecture, was showcased by Satoshi Ikuta, the founder of Ramen Nagi.
