This Bayside Deli serves Oysters, Lobster, and Steak cooked the way you like it

We all want our food to cook our own way. It feels like we are special and thanks to Bayside Deli, it is possible.

When asked to describe a deli, the first items that come to mind are cheese, cold meats, and wine. Delis, by definition, are modest, confined places that hide gourmet groceries for those in the know. When you walk into One World Deli's newest Mall of Asia location—conveniently placed directly beneath IKEA, by the way—you'll realize that "food store" doesn't even begin to define the gourmand's paradise you've entered.

One World Deli, led by the passionate F&B group PYC, has established itself as a haven for culinary enthusiasts by bringing together a diverse selection of food and food-adjacent buys from around the world—think everything from fresh meat, seafood, and produce to wine and sake to pastries, dessert, and way, way beyond.

The third and newest location of One World Deli in MOA Square offers a unique dining experience where guests may choose and cook their own meal. The open room, inspired by the nautical history of Manila Bay, has an arched ceiling, sandy wood paneling, and a basic dining area enclosed by a lively open kitchen. A private room for up to ten persons can also be reserved.

The Daily Deli dishes on display at One World Deli offer delicacies from around the world and change on a regular basis, giving it a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Satsuma Fukunaga Wagyu, John Stone Irish dry-aged beef, Red Duroc pig by UK purveyor Dingley Dell, and grass-fed New Zealand lamb from Ovation are among the meats available at the Meat Anton stand.

One World Deli's Seafood Bar features temperature-controlled tanks loaded with live seafood such as lapu-lapu, rock lobster, king crab, shrimp, fish, and specialties such as caviar and boquerones. Trout Sashimi is a cult classic, available fried, baked, pan-seared, grilled, as nigiri, or in a poke bowl.

The oyster shower serves raw oysters as well as baked Rockefeller or Cajun Style Kumamoto oysters from Ireland, Canada, and the United States. One World Deli also has a charcuterie board chiller with cold cuts and cheeses, as well as desserts from Fog City Creamery and Gelato Manila. The courteous team is always eager to assist customers in making decisions and letting their ingredients shine.

The address of One World Deli is G/F MOA Square, Marina Way, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
