This BBQ sauce fountain is the next big thing
We all agree that the only thing we see and love is a chocolate fountain, but having BBQ sauce in the fountain takes it to the next level. Each of us will undoubtedly place a rack of ribs in the dripping fountain of Goodness. Chef Michael Ponzio of Chicago, Illinois, deserves credit for this brilliant idea.
We are not stopping there, not just rack of ribs but chicken, sausages, beef, steaks, fries and more.

“The BBQ Sauce Fountain! This definitely took our BBQ buffet to the next level.This was an amazing presentation for ribs on a buffet. The ribs were smoked with oak wood at 250 degrees using a 2-2-.5 method. Then they were sliced up and put in chafing dishes where the guest could come by and give their ribs a bath in a warm bbq sauce fountain.”
