The Tahoney, a combination of the words "taho" and "honey," for breakfast or dessert. You guessed it: this flavor of gelato is inspired by. —taho that substitutes honeycomb chunks for the traditional arnibal and instead uses sorbet made from coconut milk and soy, tapioca pearls (yes, that's sago), and other ingredients.

The Lemon Yakult Crunch and Sweet Corn Crumble The former uses a sherbet base based on Yakult that is tangier thanks to lemon curd, and it is inspired by cultured milk. In addition, the cornflakes and oats give it a slight crunch. The latter, in contrast, is a dessert that is modeled after corn snacks and has a base of sweet, buttery corn gelato with vibrant raspberry swirls. To add some humor, there are even a few pieces of Tomi chips mixed in.
