Ramen Nagi's Sisig King is a tonkotsu-based ramen with Red Oil infusion that also has the ramen shop's distinctive hand-pulled noodles and goes heavy on the protein by topping it with sisig, a traditional Kapampangan dish. Due to the fact that there is pork in both the soup and the topping, this ramen has twice as much delicious pork.
