Real Runny Yolk Plant-Based Poached Eggs will soon be available in restaurants
Shortage of eggs are a real deal and most of us is hurt because we do love eggs, especially poached eggs. Those runny eggs are to die for but how will we enjoy it if we are losing it. Yo Egg a company may be the answer for that, they have just created the world's first vegan whole poached egg, and they're confident it can fool even the most jaded of us. Whether you are a vegan or not you must try this one.
Chickpeas and soy are used to make the Yo Egg poached egg. It promises to be more sustainable than a chicken egg and to provide people with the same eating experience as if they were eating an original one, complete with dribbly yolk Instagram shots!
Yo Egg is already a hit in Israel, where it can be ordered at Benedict, a breakfast chain, as well as some hotel chains, ahead of its LA debut.
“Yo Egg is a huge step forward for plant-based foods, as the world moves towards a food system that does not rely on conventional animal agriculture and avoids their associated pandemics, price fluctuations, and environmental concerns,” the company said.
The difference of this one to other vegan eggs is that, it has a runny yolk and it taste like eggs so if your not sold why not try at your own risk and share it on the comments below
