A marjolaine cake is another name for a tiered cake that is similar to the more well-known Sans Rival in that it features nutty cashew meringue wafer layers.

The distinction is that this cake has fillings other than the traditional French buttercream! A creamy chocolate ganache is poured between the layers. A couple layers additionally include mango puree, praline cream, and even more chopped cashews.
