El Union will debut a new Del Union concept at BGC that is fully booked.

El Union, La Union's beloved coffee shop famed for its horchata, coffee, and grilled cheese, is expanding beyond the sun and surf and will open its first Metro Manila location on the ground floor of Fully Booked, Bonifacio Global City!

The team behind El Union is broadening its horizons by introducing Del Union, a coffee and sandwich business that attempts to redefine the local coffee experience for city people by bringing a taste of provincial life to the metropolitan jungle.

Del Union, inspired by the popularity of El Union, will not only serve horchata and coffee, but will also provide hearty sandwiches created by Chef EJ Lagman of MAKAN at Eliseos, a popular restaurant in La Union.

According to Del Union's Instagram page, the menu will feature inventive items such as a charred tenderloin beef sandwich with smoked aioli, beet, leek, and ginger on ciabatta, as well as chicken, tinapa, and all-vegetable selections highlighting northern ingredients.
