Philippine Red Cross is now approved by the Department of health to start the saliva-based coronavirus testing. It only cost you P2,000.00.  As per the PRC chairman Senator Richard Gordon, it will be cheaper if a lot of people would avail it. On the other note, if you are going to other countries the government coronavirus task force need to approve it

If you are bothered and scared to use it well you will love this better than the swab test because it is non-invasive, unlike the swab test that you need to put a q-tip on your nose. It is quick and safe you just need a small amount of your saliva and you just spit on a container. Of course, it is 94% accurate as per an article from Yale.

You can now book an appointment on the PRC website and its laboratory is in Mandaluyong City and its molecular laboratory in Port Area in Manila. As per Gordon, all molecular laboratories of the PRC in the country can offer saliva-based testing by February 5
