For coping with their stress some eat a lot, and some don’t eat. It is a bad thing because too much eating when stressed can cause overweight and other factors in your body. Culinary and integrative dietitian Marisa Moore, MBA, RDN, LD, says that appetite loss can be “your body’s fight-or-flight response to acute stress and anxiety,” and that long term, some people might turn to food as a source of stress relief. Having this COVID 19 almost everyone is dealing with stress but not all of us can carry the same burden and it is scary. Set a schedule.
If you have a hard time eating set an alarm so your body will now when will eat. You don’t need to force yourself to eat a lot start on what you can until you bring back your appetite. Drink a lot of water.
