LTFRB is implementing cashless on the bus starting October 1.

Buses are back to use for transportation but the land of transportation franchising and regulatory board (LTFRB) are implementing cashless transactions for the safety of everyone. We are not yet COVID free having it cashless can be safe for everyone. We will use beep cards to transact our payment plying the Edsa Busway route starting October 1. This will take part in the safety measures to reduce COVID-19 transmission on public transport

“We also want to limit the time spent in queues and lines that come with having to do cashless payments,” LTFRB Chair Martin Delgra said.
