British School Manila continues to give back with 13th batch of Taguig scholars

British School Manila fosters a friendly environment that promotes inclusion and recognizes potential, resulting in a vibrant school community.

BSM's Taguig Scholarship Programme (BSMTSP) is a 19-year-old initiative that assists academically gifted kids from underserved communities. It boasts four magna cum laude grads, nine cum laude, an executive dean's lister, and a Gold Awardee on its resume. BSM also agreed to a new memorandum of understanding with DepEd Taguig-Pateros.

BSM's long-standing collaboration with the Department of Education Taguig-Pateros has offered scholars with comprehensive assistance in order for them to reach their full potential.

Leadership seminars and skill development exercises are provided to successful scholars, as well as assistance with the current difficulties they confront. During lockdowns, BSM also hosted online events to promote peer support and socializing.

The SAFE SPACE program, which included one-on-one sessions, well-being courses, and frequent check-ins, was held to assist researchers in navigating the psychological traps of the epidemic.

“We take great pride in our scholarship students and their outstanding accomplishments in their respective fields. They are a testament to the transformative power of education and collaborative pursuits. Our commitment to the program remains unwavering.”
