Ahead of CES 2024, Samsung unveils a transparent microLED display.

Samsung has made its Transparent MICRO LED display debut at Samsung First Look 2024, in advance of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.

According to Samsung, this display's futuristic translucent design was achieved by merging cutting-edge technology with exquisite craftsmanship over the course of six years of research and development.

A brief film posted on Samsung's website demonstrates how the Transparent MICRO LED display might improve viewing activities, such as watching movies and sports, by making visual material appear almost indistinguishable from the actual environment. Unknown if customers will be able to purchase this. But from January 9–12 in Las Vegas, during CES 2024, Samsung plans to demonstrate this.
