Utilizing generative AI, Google Chrome will soon be able to summarize content.
Google is introducing a new feature that will make your life so much easier. In Chrome and its mobile app, Google is going to offer a new feature that makes use of generative AI. The browser will pull up numerous "key points" from the article if you hit a button to use this feature.
Google has introduced a feature that only functions with freely accessible articles, not with websites behind a paywall. The functionality will initially be made available on Android and iOS, and in the next few days, it will also be made available on desktop Chrome.
Users will now be able to preview meanings of specific terms as well as associated diagrams or visuals connected to the word. This facilitates learning new ideas through inquiry and comprehension. Users can tap to find out additional information and enlarge the current topic. The aforementioned function is now being tested as part of a search lab's early experiment named "SGE (Search Generative Experience) while browsing" on the Google mobile app. Search Labs isn't currently available in the Philippines, though, as of this writing.
Google introduced SGE with the goal of enhancing search queries and removing the need for extra search phrases by using AI algorithms to deliver summary search results.
