Lazada released its very own eCommerce AI chatbot and it is the first one in southeast asia. Lazada Group has launched LazzieChat powered on OpenAI ChatGPT technology in Azure OpenAI Service.
To create an entertaining, educated, and customized shopping experience, LazzieChat may answer consumers' purchasing inquiries on the Lazada platform.
