How to Get a BPI OTP When traveling abroad
Traveling abroad can be an exciting adventure, filled with new experiences and discoveries. But nothing can dampen the fun faster than encountering issues with transferring money online, especially when you're stuck waiting for a one-time Password (OTP) that never arrives. The challenge? You're overseas, and your usual methods of receiving OTPs just aren't working. So, the big question is: how can you ensure you receive your OTP while traveling?
BPI announced on Facebook that in order to update your registered cell number to the one you are using overseas, you can call BPI's Contact Center using one of the numbers that correspond to your current location.
Note that the phone numbers available are just those indicated below. Please be aware that the service providers can charge you extra for your calls. BPI may also ask for specific documentation for security reasons.
