Globe Prepaid customers can now switch from a physical SIM to an eSIM.

Globe Telecom's prepaid customers can now switch from a physical SIM to an eSIM while keeping their phone number. Prepaid eSIMs will be available for purchase in March 2024 and November 2023.

Having an eSIM is not for free, guys; you need to pay 99 pesos.
The GlobeOne app makes it easy for customers to convert their prepaid physical SIM to an eSIM; the company guarantees a smooth eSIM upgrade process.
- Open the GlobeOne app and access/create your account.
- Go to SIM Hub > Change SIM > eSIM. The app will automatically scan if your device is eSIM compatible.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Access the email that contains the QR code from Globe.
- Go to your phone’s cellular settings, then tap “Add eSIM." Scan the QR code, and you’re good to go.
